The Ormondy

The Ormondy is an oceanfront condominium in the beautiful no-drive beach of Ormond by the Sea in Volusia County, FL.  Ormond By the Sea is unincorporated; therefore, the Volusia County police, fire department and other services are used.

The Ormondy was built in 1985 by Peck Construction & Associates of Daytona Beach.  We consist of 71 units, 20 units are direct oceanfront.  The top floor is a beautiful Club Room that has amazing views for owner parties or other owner social events.

Other amenities include a beachfront pool area with gazebo and bathrooms along with a gym area.
